Shipment

Shipping is always at the recipient's risk. Risk is transferred to the purchaser upon handover of the delivery item to the carrier, even in the case of freight-free delivery, even if we transport the goods ourselves or arrange for them to be transported. If dispatch is delayed for reasons attributable to the purchaser, risk is transferred to the purchaser upon notification that the delivery item is ready for dispatch. If no shipping method is agreed upon when the order is placed, shipping will be carried out at our discretion. Subsequently submitted shipping addresses are not binding. Section 9 of our General Terms and Conditions applies to liability for non-compliance with shipping instructions.

Returns & Complaints

The most important information at a glance:

  • Returning items : You can return your item within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. The item must be complete and undamaged.
  • Goods damaged during transport : Please report the damage immediately, but no later than two weeks after receipt of the delivery. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
  • Warranty / Guarantee : All information can be found here.

For returns of any kind, please contact us by email at shop@ideal.de . Please include your name, address, and invoice/customer number in the email. We will be happy to assist you and send you a free return shipping label and return slip.
